Cooling technologies at Desmet Stolz has been declined on 2 ways :

  • Horizontal coolers : with our technology of multi-level layers our coolers are compact and allows to have the product outlet in the same axle as the inlet. That coolers are ideal for fragile products.
  • Counter-flow coolers : that vertical coolers are using a smart air flow to improve the energy consumption. The shapes of that coolers are designed to lower the residues and ease the cleaning. It is the perfect companion for our thermal conditioner.
